Fandi and Lisa are married and living in New York City. They both have a penchant for biking and visiting nature although at differing levels: Lisa could do a monthlong nature trip while Fandi needs to see a city every other week. They make it work nonetheless.

Lisa was an avid cyclist while Fandi cycled only up until high school. When they moved in together Lisa had to part with her bike because they thought it was too big for their apartment. She regretted that decision.

In 2019 they bought bikes—as it turns out, the apartment is enough for two bikes (and themselves). They since revived their long lost love for cycling.
